Los canards RDM de Derrick Disney, en fibra de vidrio maciza compatible con FCS y color marfil: las quillas delanteras del twinzer RDM que monta en sus modelos Midzr, Roe y Egg, vendidas por pares.
Un twinzer usa cuatro quillas, pero no como un quad: cada quilla principal lleva un pequeño canard justo delante y por fuera de ella. El canard genera un vórtice sobre la quilla principal, lo que le permite agarrar con un ángulo más cerrado del que podría de otro modo. Los canards se venden por pares; las quillas traseras van aparte o en los sets twinzer.

El canard RDM es el de base ancha: 3.15" de base para 2.53" de altura, un perfil bajo con una curva parecida a la de una keel. La fórmula de Disney coloca el canard en unos 13° de cant total, y por eso viene en 0°, 4° y 9°: elige el ángulo que te lleve hasta ahí con tus plugs.

Our take
These are the front end of the twinzer, not a side-bite upgrade. On a mid-length twinzer like the Midzr or Roe Fish the canard and rear fin operate as a unit — the canard breaks water tension and sets up the flow, the rear fin drives off it. Run them with the RDM Twinzer rears as a matched set.

Replacement canard fins for Derrick Disney's RDM twinzer system, made by True Ames in solid fiberglass with an FCS-compatible base. The template uses a wide base similar to a Gephart 2 keel, a flat inside foil, and a 6.50 sq in area sized for Disney's mid-length twinzer boards (the smaller DST canard runs 4.79 sq in). Cant comes in 0°, 4°, and 9° options, chosen so canard plus rear-fin cant totals approximately 13°. They fit boards with purpose-built twinzer canard boxes such as Disney's Midzr Egg, Roe Fish, and Egg.
