Return Policy

We will accept item(s) for return and refund within 30 days from the date you received the shipment as long as they meet the following requirements:

-Item(s) are not gift cards, wetsuits, surfboards, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Sale products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

-Item(s) have the original tags (still attached) and the original receipt (e-mail or text receipt is ok, as long as it includes the order number)

-Item(s) must be unused and unwashed in original packaging. Refunds are issued in form of Store Credit if the return exceeds 30 days from initial purchase.

Shipping costs are non-refundable in most circumstances and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend packages to be returned have a tracking number/signature requirement. We can send you a prepaid label for the return that will have both of these and the cost will be deducted from the total value of the returned item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Exchanges

We will accept exchanges for items if they satisfy all of the requirements listed in the above Return Policy and we have existing stock available for the exchanged item(s). For international orders, the customer must pay for the postage on any exchanges.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

International Orders

The customer is responsible fort paying any taxes, duties, and fees. other than the postage cost for all international orders.
