Las side bites convierten una tabla de single fin en un 2+1: la quilla central sigue llevando la dirección, y las dos quillas pequeñas añaden agarre en el giro y drive desde el bottom. A cambio pierdes parte de ese tacto suelto y de pivote que tiene una single fin por sí sola, y por eso la medida es la decisión de verdad.

Con 3.4" son una side bite pequeña: lo justo para asentar la cola sin comprometer la tabla a un tacto de thruster.
Construcción
La fibra de vidrio sólida es la más rígida y pesada de las dos construcciones: menos flex, más drive directo.

The looser side of a performance 2+1: rail grip and lift for smaller riders and smaller boards, run with a dropped-down center fin and matched naturally to the Power Tilt center. Bigger riders or bigger waves want the 4.0" version's harder lock-in instead.
