Die DELTA-V ist Manny Caros Twin Fin für Mandala – ein voller Umriss mit moderatem Rake, gezeichnet, um zu einer großen Bandbreite von Twin-Fin-Boards zu passen.
Ein Twin-Paar aus massivem Fiberglas, FCS-kompatibel, in Clear oder Smoke. 5.31" hoch auf einer Basis von 5.20", mit 20.35 sq in pro Seite: ein volles Template statt eines aufrechten, mit moderatem Rake bis in die Spitze. Caro hat sie als die anpassungsfähige gezeichnet – ausgewogene Kurven statt irgendetwas, das ins Extrem getrieben wäre –, und deshalb landet sie auf so vielen verschiedenen Boards und funktioniert über eine Bandbreite von Bedingungen. Massives Fiberglas macht sie steif.
Wie sich das anfühlt
Volle Basis mit moderatem Rake ist eine Kombination, die hält. Das Board behält seine Linie aus dem Bottom Turn, statt unter dem hinteren Fuß wegzurutschen, und der Turn kommt als ein langer Bogen herum, statt zu pivotieren. Der steife Flex heißt, dass das, was du in die Finne steckst, direkt wieder als Drive herauskommt – aus dem Bottom Turn und durch die Lippe –, ohne dass etwas davon geschluckt wird. Nichts am Umriss ist übertrieben, und genau darum geht es.
Für wen es passt
Twin-Fin-Boards allgemein: Fish, moderne Twins, Mid-Lengths mit zwei Boxen. Ein vernünftiges Set, wenn du Stabilität aus einem Twin willst, ohne den lang gezogenen Turn aufzugeben, und ein guter erster Twin, wenn du vom Thruster kommst und das Tail sich unter dir nicht lose anfühlen soll.

A full template with moderate rake, sized to sit between a loose upright twin and a drivey keel — the stiff fiberglass flex holds its shape under load so the board projects off the bottom and stays committed through a hard rail turn.
Our take
This is the twin to buy when one set has to handle everything from waist-high to overhead on an egg or hybrid twin: smooth, powerful turns with more stability than a small upright twin while staying looser than a wide keel. If you want keel glide and long fast lines instead, go Lovelace Piggyback Keel or Mackie Sidecut Fish Keel.
