Ein Twinzer fährt vier Finnen, aber nicht als Quad: Jede Hauptfinne bekommt ein kleines Canard, das knapp davor und weiter außen sitzt. Das Canard wirft einen Wirbel über die Hauptfinne, wodurch diese in einem steileren Winkel hält, als sie es sonst könnte. Das Ergebnis: Speed und Losheit einer Twinfinne mit mehr Halt, als einem Twin eigentlich zusteht.

Die Pavel-Canards stehen vergleichsweise aufrecht, was Halt vor Release stellt – der Twinzer für alle, deren Grund für Canards ist, dass ihr Twin zu früh loslässt.
