Venduto come set da tre in fibra di vetro piena, compatibile FCS, in nero. Una tavola asimmetrica ha un rail diverso e una coda diversa su ciascun lato, quindi questo set risponde con pinne diverse su ciascun lato invece che con una coppia speculare: una pinna grande sul lato toe-side, due piccole sul lato heel-side. È specifico per la stance — questo è il layout regular foot, e le pinne non sono intercambiabili da un rail all'altro. Album e True Ames lo hanno sviluppato e testato insieme.
Come si sente
Il lato toe-side è quello da cui si dà drive alla curva, quindi lì va la singola pinna grande — base e superficie sufficienti a tenere un bottom turn e a proiettarne fuori. Il lato heel-side fa i cambi di direzione più stretti, e riceve invece due pinne più piccole: meno superficie concentrata in un solo punto, così la coda gira in fretta e molla quando glielo chiedi. Entrambi i rail restano ingaggiati durante la transizione, che è tutto il senso di un'asimmetrica.
A chi è adatto
Tavole asimmetriche costruite attorno a una stance regular foot, con il layout a tre box corrispondente. Chi surfa quasi sempre in una direzione e vuole ogni rail impostato per il lavoro che fa davvero — dare drive in uscita dal bottom da un lato, girare stretto in alto dall'altro — invece di un compromesso condiviso fra i due.

Our take
If you surf regular-foot on an asymmetrical board built around an asym cluster, this set finishes the design: hard drive off the bottom on the toe side, tight snap off the top on the heel side. Goofy-foot riders want the goofy layout instead, and if you're on a standard symmetrical shape, a matched thruster or twin will serve you better.

The Album Asymmetrical Regular is a True Ames fin set designed by Matt Parker of Album Surfboards for asymmetrical surfboards, offered here in solid fiberglass with FCS-compatible tabs. The set is not symmetrical: the toe side carries a larger fin and the heel side runs smaller fins. The regular layout is keyed to a regular-stance rider; a separate goofy layout flips the toe and heel sides.
