La serie di single fin di Mick Mackie: base larga per il drive, in due misure che scambiano superficie in punta con il rilascio, per mid-length, speed shape e longboard.
La Smooth Glide è una serie più che un singolo template. Entrambe le misure hanno una base larga, ma la 9.375" si stringe rapidamente in una punta stretta, mentre la 8.375" mantiene più superficie al centro e in punta. Fibra di vetro piena, box da longboard, in trasparente e giallo. Mackie l'ha disegnata per chi vuole un single fin con tanto drive sotto i piedi e si aspetta comunque di mettere la tavola sul rail con decisione e di cambiare direzione in pocket.
Come si sente
La base larga è da dove arriva il drive: spingici sopra e la tavola va avanti invece che di lato. La 9.375", che si stringe rapidamente verso la punta, lascia rilasciare la parte posteriore della pinna, così il cutback gira stretto. La 8.375", che mantiene superficie al centro e in punta, conserva la presa più a lungo e chiede un arco un po' più lungo. Entrambe restano abbastanza stabili da scorrere.
A chi è adatta
A mid-length più lunghe, speed shape e a un ventaglio di longboard. Prendi la 9.375" per avere più pinna sotto una tavola più grande, con un rilascio più rapido in uscita dalla punta, e la 8.375" se vuoi la tenuta in più attraverso la punta su una tavola più corta o più sciolta.

Pick the Smooth Glide for a longer mid-length, speed shape, or longboard single when you want drive that still pivots — the 9.375 for drawn-out lines, the 8.375 when you want the drive carried higher into the tip for tighter response. If you want more aggressive long-arc drive, go v.Bowls; for classic soft-wave feel, the 4A.
