Le jeu twinzer True Ames — deux dérives principales plus deux canards, compatible FCS et Futures, en fibre de verre pleine.
Un twinzer monte quatre dérives, mais pas à la manière d'un quad : chaque dérive principale reçoit un petit canard placé juste devant elle et vers l'extérieur. Le canard génère un tourbillon qui passe sur la dérive principale, ce qui permet à celle-ci d'accrocher sous un angle plus prononcé qu'elle ne le ferait autrement. Le résultat : la vitesse et la liberté d'un twin, avec plus d'accroche qu'un twin n'est censé en avoir.
Pour qui
Idéal sur un twin ou un fish que vous aimez déjà mais dont vous aimeriez qu'il tienne un peu plus longtemps dans une section plus creuse. Il conserve la vitesse du twin au lieu de l'amortir comme le fait un trailer.

Run this on a board shaped with Twinzer boxes when you want a twin's freedom plus the bite, lift, and speed the canards add off the rail. It only works with the placement built for it -- on a plain twin board, run a standard twin set instead.

The TA Twinzer is True Ames's four-fin twinzer set in solid fiberglass, FCS/Futures compatible: two main rear twins plus two smaller canards that seat slightly forward of and outside the mains, close to the rail. The canards break water tension before it reaches the main fins. It is sold as a four-fin set and requires a board built with Twinzer boxes.
