يشمل مصدر إلهام تصميم زعانف لوح ركوب الأمواج Thruster وعناصره الأساسية... الاستفادة من كل ما تعلّمته الشركة في تصنيع الزعانف الثلاثية من الألياف الزجاجية على مدى أكثر من 40 عامًا، وجمع ذلك كله في هذا التصميم. وزعانف TA tri قالب آخر من المجموعة الخاصة بالشركة، وهي نسخة من تصميم Thruster المجرَّب والموثوق الذي انتشر لأول مرة في أوائل الثمانينيات وما زال يتطور منذ ذلك الحين.
زعانف هذا الطقم، وعددها 3، كلها بالمقاس نفسه، وتتميز بشكل جانبي متين متعدد الاستخدامات صُمم لركوب الأمواج عالي الأداء في مختلف الظروف. صُنعت للسرعة، ولدفع أكبر، وانعطافات انسيابية، ومهاجمة الموجة مع التحكم.

Run this set on a shortboard or hybrid when you want drive off the bottom and a release off the top that lets go in a measured way rather than all at once. If you want a smoother, trim-and-glide thruster feel, go with the Skip Frye Tri; for more hold and bite in steep, powerful surf, look at a Timmy Patterson thruster.
The True Ames Thruster is a three-fin set made in solid fiberglass with Futures bases, sold as a set in Small, Medium, and Large sizes chosen by rider weight. The template uses flat inside foils and medium rake. It is intended for shortboards and performance hybrids.
