Founded in Buenos Aires in 2012, Mafia began as a pursuit to find the ultimate bag to carry wetsuits around the globe. They knew they wanted a sustainable solution, but it had to be premium and useful too – something that would seamlessly carry from the plane, to the beach and onto the city. 

Mafia has done collaborations with Patagonia Provisions, MoMA, the Stanford Design School and others to bring you innovative, low-impact products from reclaimed materials. 

Mafia remains dedicated to the community, employing local people to cut and sew each bag right here in California. Their design studio is just a few blocks from the Pemulis shop. Mafia will fix and repair any product for life and are committed to doing their part to help people buy less but buy better.
