Gato Heroi のボードはすべて、Robin Kegel が1960年代と70年代のカリフォルニアのサーフカルチャーを土台に、現代のパフォーマンスを織り込みながら手作業でシェイプしています。ラインナップはロングボードとミッドレングスにわたり、いくつかのファミリーに分かれます。Classic Edition（Californian、Playboy、Smooth Operator）は戦後カリフォルニアのログの伝統を受け継ぎ、グライドとクラシックなトリムのために作られています。Acid Series は、より攻めたサーフィンに向けたプログレッシブなシェイプ。Surfar と Roach は日常の波のためのミッドレングスです。Double Dagger と Killer は独自のアウトラインでレンジを締めくくります。各ボードには、レジンティント、磨き上げた仕上げ、手書きのサインが施されています。
