Cutaway は、長く使われてきた True Ames のテンプレートの一つです。トレーリングエッジに切り欠きが入ったこのフィンは扱いやすさが身上で、ほとんどの 2+1 セッティングにぴったりの相棒になります。

If you want a drivier, more drawn-out mid-length center the CI Mid is the better pick, and a true noserider calls for the Dewey Weber Hatchet instead.
The Cutaway is a True Ames longboard center-fin template with a notch cut from its trailing edge that removes area off the back and shortens the effective base. It is offered in sizes from 5 inches through 9.5 inches, with 7 inch, 7.5 inch and 8 inch the common sizes for 2+1 setups. It is designed to run as the center fin of a 2+1 on a performance longboard, paired with side bites.
