Ryan Lovelace のツインフィン。ベースは細く、中央は立ち、ティップにフックを持たせた一本で、現代的なツインフィンの中でもルースな側にあたります。
ソリッドファイバーグラス製、Futures 対応、カラーはロイヤルブルーとスモークです。現代的なパフォーマンスツインに対する Lovelace の最新の解釈で、ツインとしては小さく細身のテンプレート、中央部は立ち、ティップにはしっかりとしたフックが入ります。細いベースと立ったプロファイルが、ドライブ型ではなく軽快で弾むような反応の良さを生み、フックが足元にパワーの土台を残すため、ルースさを他のすべてと引き換えにせずに済みます。
どう感じられるか
細いベースは、キールや幅広ベースのツインフィンほどボトムからのドライブを生みません。立ったプロファイルは面積を後方ではなくボードの下に置きます。この二つが合わさると、ツインの中でもスケート寄りの性格になります。向きを変えるのが速く、テールを滑らせるのも得意で、ターンは短くまとまります。物足りなさを感じさせないのがティップのフックで、弧の終わりで掛かり、そこからボードを弾き出します。
どんな方に向くか
小波から頭サイズまでの波で乗る、現代的なフィッシュやテールの細いパフォーマンスツインに。体重の軽い方や、ルースなテールとテールスライドに慣れている方に向きます。ボードにそれ以上の安定やドライブが必要であれば、ベースの広いツインのテンプレートがそれを補います。

Our take
Run it on a fish or hybrid twin when you want keel-style speed with a looser, more pivoty tail; it keeps a small-wave fish quick and playful rather than locked down. If you want more bite and a more connected carve, the Twinzer adds canards to this same family of feel.
