このフィンについて
Ryan Burch による、グーフィースタンス向けに切られたアシンメトリーの三本セットです。トゥサイドにツインフィンを一本、ヒールサイドにパドル形状のフィンを二本という構成です。
ソリッドファイバーグラス製、ロー仕上げのフィン三本、Futures ベース、カラーはスモークです。トゥサイドのフィンは Burch Twin で、高さ 4.97"、ベース 5.32"。ヒールサイドには 4.19" と 3.54" の小さめのフィンが二本入り、これは Burch のパドルの考え方から描かれています。その考え方自体は、George Greenough のパドルフィンと Daniel "Tomo" Thompson のフィンの実験に由来します。三本とも内側の面はフラットで、パドルフィンをヒール側のレールに置く、グーフィースタンス用の配置です。
どう感じられるか
左右のレールには、対称の同じフィンではなく、それぞれに必要なフィンが入ります。フロントサイドでボトムから踏み込むとき、トゥサイドの一本のツインはドライブがあり、素早く、力に満ちています。ヒールサイドでは、後縁を削ぎ落とした二本の寸詰まりのパドルフィンが、切り返しのときとレールに乗せたときに開いていくため、そのターンはレスポンスがよく、なめらかで、ルースに出てきます。狙いは、左右のレールをどちらも効かせ続け、それぞれの切り返しが互いに釣り合うようにすることです。

Our take
This is the set for a goofy-footer on a dedicated asym who wants a powerful frontside and a free backside, and it's best in punchy beachbreak and steeper faces where your two rails are asked to do very different things. Run it only on a board built asymmetrically for it — regular-footers need the Regular version, and a standard twin or fish wants the symmetrical Burch Twin.

The Ryan Burch Asymmetrical Goofy is a 1+2 asymmetrical fin set for goofy-foot asymmetrical surfboards, made by True Ames in solid fiberglass and Futures compatible. The toe-side fin comes from the Burch Twin template, while the heel-side fins use Burch's paddle concept, with a stubby outline and a cutaway trailing edge, influenced by Greenough's paddle fins and Tomo's fin experimentation.
