Performer はまさにこの用途のために描かれました。2+1 の構成を考案したのは John Perry と Dave Lamberston とされており（彼らはこれを「Threedom」と呼びました）、Performer はその取り組みから生まれたセンターフィンです。フルなベース、最小限のフレックス、バランスの取れた面積。パワフルでありながら、非常に滑らかな乗り心地のフィンです。

センターフィンのサイズはボードに合わせてお選びください。ショートめのボードやミッドレングスには 6.25"、ほとんどのロングボード 2+1 には 7.25"、大きめのボードやより強いホールドが欲しいなら 8" です。サイドバイトはお好みで。3.25" はログの軽快さを損なわずにバイトを加え、3.7" は多くの方が最終的に落ち着くサイズです。各パーツは一緒に働くように描かれているため、サイドがセンターフィンのアークを妨げることなく支えてくれます。

Fine-tuned by John Perry, one of Santa Barbara's most notable long time shapers, into a powerful full-base fin with an extremely smooth ride, the foundation being competition and high-performance 2+1 surfing.
Buy this combo if you want a complete, balanced 2+1 for a mid-length or performance longboard without guessing at side bite sizing; the 7.25-inch center suits most 7'0" to 8'0" boards. It leans upright and full-based for drive and smooth power, so if you want a looser, more arcing rail feel, the Greenough 4A combo is the alternative.
