twinzer は4本のフィンを使いますが、クアッドとは異なります。それぞれのメインフィンの、すぐ前方かつ外側に小さなカナードを配置します。カナードがメインフィンの上に渦を落とし、それによってメインフィンは本来よりも切り立った角度で粘れるようになります。結果として、ツインフィンのスピードとルースさに、ツインには本来ありえないほどの粘りが加わります。

「Pavel」のカナードは比較的直立して配置されており、リリースよりも粘りを優先します。カナードを求める理由が、ツインが早く抜けすぎることにあるなら、選ぶべき twinzer です。

The design allows tight pivoting turns, blinding speed, and a high degree of sensitivity -- tested in everything from 5'5" micro-wing fishes to 9'+ whale fish.
The proven all-range twinzer from the designer who never abandoned the concept: a twin's loose, lively feel with the extra bite and control most riders wish a twin had. It only makes sense on a board with twinzer placement -- standard twin boxes call for a plain twin instead.
