The newest go-to recommendation for many 2+1 setups: a nice balance of base width for stability, a slightly upright mid-section for control, and a moderate amount of rake through the tip which helps harness power through turns, with the smaller and medium sizes favorites for 2+1s in solid surf.
Our take
This is the dependable anchor for a 2+1 high-performance longboard or mid-length when the waves get serious — paired with side bites it holds the rail on late drops and steep sections while the moderate tip rake still lets you drive through the turn. If you want more raw drive and projection from the center instead, run the Wayne Rich Power in its small 2+1 sizes.

The Power Tilt is a 2+1 center fin designed by Wayne Rich and made by True Ames in solid fiberglass with a full foil and minimal flex. The template combines a workable base width, a slightly upright mid-section, and a moderate amount of tip rake. It is stocked in center-fin sizes of 6", 6.5", 7", and 7.5" for the center boxes of high-performance longboards, mid-lengths, and alternative shorter boards.
