Only one character from Disney's 1951 Alice in Wonderland reliably gets his own merchandise, and it's the one who kept disappearing. On this pink tee the Cheshire Cat takes the entire front β coiled upside down, yellow-eyed, grin first β while Alice, the nominal star, stands small on top of him under the Walt Disney signature logo. That size relationship is the quiet joke of the design and also an accurate reading of the film, whose most quoted material belongs to the cat. The back goes softer: a single white teapot silhouette with Alice, the White Rabbit, a mushroom and the card suits cut out inside it, stencil-style. Nineties Disney character tees are their own collecting lane now, and the Cheshire Cat is its reliable seller β singles turn up on the resale sites flagged rare and single-stitch β though the cat's usual habitat is tie-dye and darker colorways. Pink-on-pink is the gentler mood: Wonderland as a tea party rather than a fever dream.
Pink short sleeve cotton tee with Alice in Wonderland graphic. No tag.
