Founded in 2009 in Los Angeles, Crap Eyewear makes handcrafted sunglasses from plant-based bioacetate with custom stainless steel hardware. Every frame starts as a flat sheet of cellulose acetate derived from cotton fiber and wood pulp — not petroleum. Designed in California, hand-finished in small batches, built to be worn hard.
