The back of this one quotes the exact moment Hellraiser turns: GIVE ME THE BOX is what Frank — the uncle who came back from the Cenobites' dimension as a skinless thing — demands of Kirsty, and her answer is to hurl the puzzle box out the window. Clive Barker wrote the novella, then directed the 1987 film himself for about a million dollars, largely because he was tired of watching other directors botch his material. The front stacks the icons — Pinhead looming over the Lament Configuration, hooks and chains against a scratched red field — and the back runs a full still-collage under dripping letters, the bootleg rap-tee grammar applied to Clive Barker: the hook scene, Pinhead with the box, Frank's raw face at the center. Vintage Hellraiser tees are a collected lane of their own, with 90s examples listed for a few hundred dollars on eBay and Grailed, and icon-density like this is exactly what that market prizes — one shirt, the whole mythology.
