Jonas Wood : Drawings 2003-2023 Fine Art Book Hardcover Edition

Two decades of works on paper by the Los Angeles painter Jonas Wood, published by Karma.

Jonas Wood: Drawings 2003–2023 gathers twenty years of the drawings behind Wood's paintings — the interiors, potted plants, sports cards and portraits, in the form they begin in. Karma published it in New York in 2023: hardcover, 184 pages, 10 1/4 x 11 inches, with a text by Douglas Fogle and a conversation between Laura Owens and Jonas Wood. It is a drawings book rather than a painting survey, so it shows the working stage most monographs pass over.
