Those blue rings are the Looney Tunes title card — the concentric iris that opens and closes every cartoon — blown up to fill the whole shirt, and the gag is staged on top of them: Marvin the Martian, Taz, Daffy, Wile E. Coyote and Bugs strolling across in a line, each casting a long film-noir shadow up the rings behind him. Shadow prints are their own recognized family of 90s Looney Tunes tees, from single-character versions to full-cast walks like this one; on the resale market a Jerzees-tagged "Shadows" shirt is listed at $125, a Marvin the Martian shadow print at $76, and a Wild Oats Wile E. Coyote shadow print at $199. The trick is older than the merch — it's lighting-gag humor straight out of the cartoons themselves, where the shadow always arrives before the anvil does. The 90s put Warner Bros. characters on more cotton than any decade before or since; this is one of the prints that earned the space.
