Queen Elizabeth II in full lizard: mosaic scales, forked tongue, crown and pearls intact β and pearls on a Pearl Jam shirt is not an accident. Designer Shawn Wolfe drew this "Lizard Queen" for Pearl Jam's 2012 Manchester Arena stand, the summer Britain celebrated the Diamond Jubilee, and it ran as an Ames Bros gig poster in a five-way series of Queens β Lizard, Chewy, Saint, Punk, Zombie β the signed Lizard edition capped at 50. Those posters have been through Julien's Auctions and surface in Pearl Jam's collector forum stamped SOLD; the band's nightly-poster culture is its own economy, and the shirt is that economy's spillway β Wolfe's artwork wholesale on white cotton, no date, no venue. Needling the monarchy from a rock stage in the north of England was a thirty-five-year-old tradition by then: Jamie Reid did it with scissors and a ransom note in 1977. Wolfe did it with scales, and the Queen kept her pearls either way.
White short sleeve cotton tee with Pearl Jam graphic. No tag.
