The Details
By 1992 the Punisher was carrying three monthly Marvel titles at once — The Punisher, War Journal, War Zone — and this all-over print is that saturation made cotton. The front has Frank Castle mid-leap past a stained-glass window with a grenade in one fist and an assault rifle leveled, a spray-paint skull tagged on the wall behind him; the back gives the whole canvas to the emblem, a splattered white skull looming over a burning skyline while a figure carries a body clear of the fire below. Gerry Conway invented the character in 1974 as a Spider-Man villain, a Vietnam vet gunning down muggers; it took the grim late 80s to promote him to best-selling antihero. Early-90s Marvel all-over prints are now a collected lane of their own — the mega-print family whose Venom-and-Carnage design lists in four figures — and 1992-dated Punisher AOPs surface on eBay flagged "getting harder to find," which is seller-speak for start hunting.
